i know this is probably silly in your eyes, but i genuinely wanted to make something special for you because youโve become one of the most important people in my life. even after everything between us, all the awkward history, all the hurt, all the misunderstandings, you still stayed. and somehow, even after all of that, you still continued caring about me in ways nobody else really has.
you became my best friend, my comfort person, and honestly my mom too in a weird way. you always listened to me, tolerated me, stayed patient with me, and continued loving me even when i felt difficult to love. i know i apologize a lot, probably too much, but itโs because i genuinely wish i couldโve protected your heart more. you deserved gentleness, understanding, warmth, and honesty from the very beginning.
but even with all our bad history, you still somehow became one of the safest people iโve ever met. and that means more to me than i think youโll ever fully understand.
